We have helped to create a long term development strategy for this complex site, an urban block spanning between Holloway Road and Benwell Road which includes a courtyard and several large warehouse buildings.
The mixed-use development will bring new jobs and new homes to the site over the next few years, through the sensitive refurbishment and extension of a number of linked former industrial buildings.
