A refurbishment of an existing 1960s industrial block to create a co-working and event space and activate an under-used forecourt.

The entrance stair has been enlarged to create a more generous and welcoming entrance to the building and to incorporate an area for informal seating. A new entrance wall element incorporates a wheelchair stairlift, adapting the building to contemporary accessibility standards.

The wall onto Hanbury Street has been clad with perforated anodised aluminium, creating a new signage element and animating the streetscape.

A ground floor warehouse unit has been converted into a new 20,000 sq ft co-working and event space with full height glazing and a mezzanine.
