A project for a new extension to a Grade 2 Listed Regency house. An existing 1970s garage is to be removed and replaced with a modern outbuilding that respects the delicacy and sobriety of the existing building.

An informal open-plan living space will be created, linking into the more formal entertaining and reception spaces of the existing house.
