London Road was identified as one of the main transport corridors to receive funding from Croydon's Growth Zone programme. Previous studies had highlighted a lack of cultural and leisure assets, and green or open social space. This project in collaboration with Turf Projects and The Means sought to identify, establish and enhance a sense of place along the corridor as a whole. Through research and public engagement we were asked to to deliver a cohesive vision for London Road, including visual identity and placemaking proposals.
