This project for a pavilion at the Museum of London was developed in collaboration with Chrissie Macdonald of Peepshow Collective.
We proposed to transform the spaces formed by the existing buildings into an immersive narrative world with minimal means - using suspended playful, colourful and tactile objects to create an interacrive diorama.
Cut-out elements representing the buildings of the City of London in the past, present and future can be raised or lowered from the ceiling. Visitors can create their own inhabited and layered cityscape and photograph it. A large table refers to the existing garden court and provides a space to meet and interact below the hanging cityscape.
