We were selected to take part in a design charrette for the Crown Estate as part of an architectural competition organised by the Architects' Journal to explore the future of retail destinations in 2030 and beyond.
We proposed a local shopping centre for the post-fossil fuel age: a cluster of productive buildings around a new shared public space and a hub for zero-emissions transport.
